This line of cosmetics is completely Vegan which means no animals were harmed in anyway which is something I 100% standby. But also David Klassfield, the owner of this incredible makeup line, I met at this years Makeup Show in NYC. Well after testing me the complete line of his cosmetics which he so graciously gave to me in addition to his top of the line iwata airbrush compressor– I FELL IN LOVE!
the color delivery of every category of products is AMAZING!
LIP TAR– The lip tars offered in every shade imaginably are incredible! They are highly pigmented, stay on ALL DAY, and the best part is if you grab a bunch you can mix mix mix! Don’t be scared of the bright blue’s and black because of course they will look great alone for that perfect editorial look but from an artist perspective they allow you to add bases to different color’s so you can design a color perfect for you! Take a pink lipstick with too much gold– add a little blue lip tar and WALA! You neutralized the gold and leveled out the bases creating the color of your dreams! These are my go to products for every season– the perfect red for the winter time, a bold coral for the summer, an auburn stain for the fall, and pale soft pink for the spring. A must have!
Eyeshadows– they speak for themselves. Milled to perfection these eyeshadow have such a high PSI (particle per square inch) that the color holds its pigmentation and is rich. A teeny drop and you have that perfect smokey crease. And as far as shimmering eyelids– David has designed glitters of all shades and mills that can create a look for a drag queen stepping onto Christopher street or a tween going to the movies with the girls.
Foundations– whether you airbrush, paint, or massage directly onto the skin– these foundations, tinted moisturizes,liquid bronzer’s, blushes, and luminizers keep the makeup artist in control and not the machine.

SIGMA BRUSHES Until one year ago I shunned the idea of a “brush kit” I felt that brushes were something that should be picked individually and cross branded. My Glam Fairy was my mother. My mother always looked and dressed to the nine. I learned at a young age that looking good ment feeling good. March will be the first year of her death. I lost her to Cancer. The Cancer epidemic that has swept the nation. I am here in Long Island, New York. I have worked from the Hamptons to New York City. I basically put my dreams and life on hold, once I came home from any girls dream internship that was offered on the spot, after the shop owner saw somthing special in me. Talent I portray as a fashion consultant and merchindiser. I came home one day to see my mom hadnt showered in 3 days and so sickly. That was the deal breaker for any of my future in fashion. I get the industry, and the fast pase. My mother insisted I keep following my dreams believing in me, she saw how Glamour was my calling. I could not sleep at night knowing she needed me. So my life was put on hold. I do not regret leaving the industry, later realizing how precious time is.
Let me fast foward to today. I am looking ultimatly to one day becoming a personell shopper. I have the eye only an true artist knows. Make-up, Fashion, even food can be all forms of art. I have styled some celebrity’s as MC Lyte, and Susan Lucci working at BCBG. I know that when you have photo shoots, as well as private clients I could assist in styling these wemon? Wemon of all ages and sizes can all feel and look good, I was trained and I am confident I could one day prove my talents to you. I am very humble. This letter to you is me, re-trying to follow my dreams.
I am also great people person, driven and passionate. I put everone else before myself and I love and admire your direct approach. I am telling you my very personell story because, since the death I felt I lost my chance to start again. I have no obligations as far as a husband or children. Dedicating my time,doing what I love. Just love what you do. To have one tenth of your drive would make me so happy. Where did you get your inspiration to pursue this path? I am curious about your childhood, when did you first know you were a make up Fairy? Did you get tips from your mom or were you one of those (like me) who played with mom’s make up and got into trouble? Make-up was always a mystery to me…which explains why I didn’t get into using really good make up products or even know they existed until 2007 when I had my hair dyed hot pink and violet. It washed my face out and a friend of mine told me about make up tutorials on YouTube. I checked one out…her name is JJacks 48 and she does amazing stuff. I bet you know her or know OF her.
Anyways, I am rambling. Alexis I really admire you and think you and I would be good friends…we are very similar in so many ways so we probably would butt heads bunches but at the end of it all, I think we would be great gal pals and I could learn so much from you.
